Terms of Service
The rules that govern how you use the YouTube Live Views Tracker, including video and channel statistics.
This is the terms of use agreement (the “Agreement”) that governs your use of the TokCount YouTube Live Views Tracker (the “Service”). If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the Service and refrain from using its data.
General Terms
TokCount may change any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time for any reason. A notice of material change will be posted on this page, and you are responsible for reviewing the changes. If you do not agree with them, do not continue to use the Service.
TokCount does not provide any guarantee or warranty of the accuracy of any data. By using the Service, you are certifying that you are over 13 years of age and have your legal guardian’s permission.
The data the Service provides is public information. Video statistics (views, likes, comments) and channel statistics (subscribers, total views, video count) are fetched in real time from YouTube’s official API and displayed directly. TokCount does not store any YouTube video or channel data on its servers.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect data from YouTube or any other third-party platform. This includes using bots, scripts, bulk requests, or automated tools to extract data beyond normal personal use of the tracker, or using the Service as a proxy or intermediary for such activity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent blocking from the Service.
Data Rights
Sharing the Service’s data, including screenshots or images, is allowed providing you credit TokCount as the source of said data and/or images. The acceptable way to do this is to provide a link back to the source of the data, and clearly state in text that TokCount provides the data.
Mass copying data from the Service (to include botting, crawling, scraping, etc.) is not allowed and may result in you being blocked from the Service. You may not use the Service to circumvent YouTube’s terms or to collect YouTube data in ways that would violate YouTube’s policies if done directly.
All of the data shown is gathered from public sources. If you want us to stop displaying the statistics of a video or channel, you will have to adjust your privacy settings on YouTube. The data shown is the same public data anyone could get by visiting the video or channel on YouTube. We do not display private data, and we do not store or retain any of the statistics shown on the Service.
Data Sources
In order to keep statistical data updated, TokCount utilizes API services of third parties such as YouTube. We are only gathering publicly available data from each of the API services, not anything private about your account. In fact, we don’t even have access to your private information; we are seeing the same information as on your public YouTube profile which EVERYBODY can access.
By using the Service you agree to these terms of service as stated above and YouTube’s Terms of Service.
